The CTS Head office in Cheshire accommodates all departments to include the Directors and Management Team, Accounts, Administration and Customer Services whilst operating a Virtual Call Centre with Travel Advisors working exclusively on specific accounts, supported by a ‘floating’ pool of highly trained staff which can be allocated as the business dictates. The Team pride themselves on providing a high quality, co-ordinated service, to aid in creating strong professional relationships with their clients and Business Partners.
The ‘customer experience’ is paramount to the delivery of excellent customer service and CTS’s mission is to build upon a reputation of quality, expertise and professionalism. With that in mind CTS will only provide high calibre experienced Travel Advisors that are dedicated, focused and adhere strictly to the standards set out. Performance is monitored, appraised and addressed on a daily basis. The Travel Advisors are rewarded on the delivery of a strict Service Charter and maximisation and closure of every enquiry. All calls are live monitored on a daily basis and recorded.
